BuildShare provides a platform for developers to upload, manage, and distribute mobile application builds (APK and IPA files). We provide tools for over-the-air (OTA) installation, download tracking, and team management.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service, and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

You must not upload malicious code, malware, or illegal content.
You must have the rights to distribute the applications you upload.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BuildShare and its licensors. Your uploaded app builds remain your property.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
